When You Hire Christine to Sell Your Home...

My promise to you is that I will listen to everything that matters to you in the sale of your home, and guide you in what works and what doesn't.

First Step: Sharing a market analysis with you of homes in YOUR area close to the criteria's of your home that have sold or have not sold, to help narrow down a price point we should sell your home at.

Second Step: Once price has been established we will talk about when to put your home on the market. This will be determined by the readiness of your home, see the list below of what makes a home ready in todays market. 

Solid Tips to Improve the showing of your home...

1. Cut grass, edge gardens, trim hedges/bushes, weed gardens.

2. Touch up any paint, fix or wash handrails, screen doors, and or front/back door

3. Have clean windows and mirrors

4. Make sure plumbing is good, no leaks.

5. Replace any burnt out lightbulbs with LED or Incandescent

6. Oil hinges, tighten up doorknobs

7. Dust furniture, clean bathrooms, kitchen counters & appliances

8. Store any unnecessary item away or to storage to create a spacious living space

9. Freshen up caulking or tile grout as required

10. Overcrowded closets may suggest inadequate storage

11. Put away any valuables or fragile items

12. Depersonalize your home eg. Family pictures
